Criteria
We look for early-stage, innovative and highly promising companies
Geography
US (Bay Area, NYC, LA, Boston) and Israel
Investment Focus
We will invest in any sector in which we have experts within our group. I.e. Enterprise Software, Consumer, Mobile, Automotive, Cleantech, Foodtech, Fintech, Edtech, Life Sciences, HW, AI, Computer Vision, Robotics and Security
Valuation
Preferably $3-8M
Round Size
Hundreds to $5M
Investment Size
$50-500K (range, average)
The Process
Submitting
Our members are primarily responsible for submitting deal flow to the screening committee. We rely on our powerful network – spanning top VC firms, elite tech companies, and entrepreneurs – to bring the most promising companies to the membership.
Screening Committee
Our screening committee meets to pick 3 companies to present at our monthly meeting (or to receive direct investment from our fund).
Due Diligence
Once our members have decided to invest in a company, we conduct a round of due diligence led by one of the members as a champion and facilitated by one of our associates.
Presentations
The three companies are invited to present before our membership at our monthly meetings. Each company has 10 minutes to present, followed by 10 minutes of questions. Our members then provide invaluable feedback to the founders.
Internal Discussion
Following the presentations and feedback, the membership privately discusses each company. After the discussion, members interested in investing in any of the presenting companies submit their names to be included in the due diligence rounds.
Investment Committee and investment
Our investment committee with members who served as partners in top tier funds as Bessemer, Sequoia, and Lightspeed, and served as executives in FB, Google, Lauder and Levi decide on the investment of the fund. The members join as co -investors.
